护肝抗病毒方对小鼠2种实验性肝炎的保肝作用

摘要 目的研究护肝抗病毒方对D-氨基半乳糖致肝损伤和刀豆蛋白A(ConA)致免疫性肝损伤2种实验性肝炎模型小鼠的保肝作用。方法复制小鼠D-氨基半乳糖致肝损伤模型和ConA致免疫性肝损伤模型2种实验性肝炎模型,以护肝抗病毒方为保肝药物,以小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)为指标,评价护肝抗病毒方的抗肝损伤作用。结果护肝抗病毒方对D-氨基半乳糖致肝损伤和ConA致免疫性肝损伤2种实验性肝炎模型小鼠血清ALT、AST活性均有显著的降低作用(P<0.01),对小鼠肝组织SOD有升高作用(P<0.01),对MDA有降低作用(P<0.01)。结论护肝抗病毒方对上述2种实验性肝炎具有明显的保肝作用。 Objective To study the liver protective effect of protecting liver antiviral formula on two experimental hepatitis model mice.Methods Two experimental hepatitis models of D-galactosamine-induced liver injury model and ConA-induced immune liver injury model in mice were replicated.Protecting liver antiviral formula was used as liver protective drug,and serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),liver superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were used as indexes.The anti-liver injury effect of protecting liver antiviral formula was evaluated.Results Protecting liver antiviral formula significantly de⁃creased the activities of serum ALT and AST in mice with D-galactosamine-induced liver injury and CONA-induced immune liver in⁃jury(P<0.01),increased the SOD in liver tissue of mice(P<0.01),and decreased the MDA(P<0.01).Conclusion Protecting liver anti⁃viral formula has obvious liver protective effect on the above two experimental hepatitis.
