精细化护理联合艾灸对妇科术后患者恢复的影响

Refined Nursing Combined with Moxibustion on the Recovery of Patients after Gynecological Surgery

目的研究分析精细化护理联合艾灸对于妇科患者手术后恢复的临床效果。方法选取2021年2月—2023年3月江西省泰和县中医院接受妇科手术的患者中80例作为研究对象,通过完全随机的抽签形式将其分为人数均等的观察组与对照组。对照组患者应用临床中通用的术后护理模式,观察组患者采用精细化护理联合艾灸。出于精准控制研究变量的考虑,本次研究中选取的患者均为接受子宫肌瘤手术的患者。对比分析2组患者术后的总体恢复情况,护理舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分情况以及2组患者对于术后护理的总体满意度。结果观察组患者术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间,以及手术切口愈合时间都显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的GCQ评分的四项维度评分均优于对照组,表明在舒适度的表现上观察组更加优异(P<0.05)。观察组患者总体满意率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的82.50%(33/40)(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理联合艾灸能够进一步加速患者术后恢复,提升其舒适度与满意度,展现出极为突出的应用推广价值。

Objective To study and analyze the curative effect of refined nursing combined with moxibustion on postoperative recovery of gynecological patients.Methods A total of 80 patients receiving gynecological surgery in Taihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into an observation group and a control group with equal numbers by completely random drawing.The control group was treated with the general clinical postoperative nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with refined nursing combined with moxibustion.In order to accurately control the vari⁃ables of the study,the patients selected in this study were all patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery.The overall postoperative re⁃covery,nursing Comfort Scale(GCQ)score and overall postoperative nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and ana⁃lyzed.Results The first exhaust time,the first defecation time,the first getting out of bed time and the healing time of surgical incision in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The four dimensions of GCQ scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,indicating that the observation group was better in the comfort level(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of control group(82.50%,33/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing combined with moxibustion can further accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients,im⁃prove their comfort and satisfaction,and show a very outstanding application and promotion value.
