中药熏洗联合子午流注择时穴位按摩对产妇的康复护理

Influence of Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing Combined with Meridian Flow Timing Acupoint Massage on Puerperal Rehabilitation Nursing

目的研究联合应用中药熏洗及子午流注择时穴位按摩对产妇产后康复护理的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年4月江西省石城县中医院收治的80例产妇,以双盲法随机分为对照组和联合组,各40例。对照组应用常规护理,联合组则在对照组基础上联合中药熏洗及子午流注择时穴位按摩。比较2组产后泌乳情况、母乳喂养成功率、阴道出血量、恶露持续时间、子宫大小、并发症。结果联合组的泌乳开始时间、产后恶露持续时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。联合组的产后3 d泌乳情况优于对照组(P<0.05),且联合组母乳喂养成功率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的90.00%(36/40)(P<0.05)。联合组产后阴道出血量、并发症发生率都低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组护理1周后的子宫长径、子宫横径、子宫前后径都比对照组小(P<0.05)。结论在产后护理中联合应用中药熏洗、子午流注择时穴位按摩,可增加产妇泌乳量,提高母乳喂养成功率,减少产后阴道出血量及产后恶露持续时间,促进产后子宫恢复,减少并发症。

Objective To study and explore the effect of combined application of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with meridian flow timing acupoint massage on postpartum rehabilitation nursing.Methods 80 pregnant women admitted to Shicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a double blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the combined group received Chi⁃nese medicine fumigation and washing,as well as meridian flow timing acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The lacta⁃tion status,success rate of breastfeeding,vaginal bleeding volume,duration of lochia,uterine size,and complications between the two groups was compared.Results The lactation start time and postpartum lochia duration in combination group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The 5-day postpartum lactation in the combined group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the success rate of breastfeeding in the combined group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than that in the control group(90.00%,36/40)(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum vaginal bleeding and the incidence of complications in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The long diameter,transverse diameter and anterioranterior diameter of uterus in combination group were smaller than those in control group after 1 week of nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with meridian flow timing acupoint massage in postpartum care can increase the amount of lactation,improve the success rate of breastfeeding,reduce the amount of postpartum vaginal bleeding and the duration of postpartum lochia,promote postpartum uterine recovery and reduce complications.
