以抗疫事迹为元素优化中医药高等院校医学生人文素质培育

Optimizing the Cultivation of Humanistic Quality of Medicine Students in University of Chinese Medicine with Anti-epidemic Deeds

目的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,众多抗疫事迹展示出了崇高的医学人文精神。中医药高等院校作为医学人文教育的主要阵营,需不断实践和优化医学人文教育。因此,探究抗疫事迹对医学人文素养培育的影响,可为高校完善医学人文教学体系提供参考依据。方法采用自编调查问卷对湖南省湖南中医药大学1036名本科医学生进行调查,并利用Pearson x2检验对调查数据进行统计学分析。结果绝大多数医学生对医学人文精神内涵有一定的了解,且52.2%(541/1036)的学生了解程度较高;94.1%(975/1036)的学生认为抗疫事迹中体现医学人文精神的次数较多甚至非常多;96.5%(1000/1036)的学生认为抗疫事迹对医学人文精神的培育比较有益甚至非常有益。结论抗疫事迹对医学人文培育有显著的促进作用,应当加深医学生对抗疫事迹的认识,并让学生从中感悟医学人文精神。

Objective During the COVID-19 epidemic,many anti-epidemic deeds have demonstrated the noble medical humanistic spirit.As the main camp of medical humanities education,university of Chinese medicine needs to practice and optimize medical hu⁃manities education constantly.Therefore,exploring the impact of anti-epidemic deeds on the cultivation of medical humanistic lit⁃eracy can provide a reference for universities to improve the medical humanistic teaching system.Methods A self-designed question⁃naire was used to investigate 1036 undergraduate medical students in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,and Pearson chi-square test was adopted in data analysis.Results The vast majority of medical students had a certain understanding of the connotation of medical humanistic spirit,and 52.2%(541/1036)of the students have a higher understanding,94.1%of the students(975/1036)be⁃lieved that the medical humanistic spirit was reflected more or even very much in the anti-epidemic stories,96.5%(1000/1036)of the students believed that the anti-epidemic deeds were beneficial or even very beneficial to the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit.Conclusion Therefore,the deeds of fighting the epidemic have a significant role in promoting the cultivation of medical humanities,and it is necessary to deepen the understanding of medical students'deeds of fighting the epidemic and let them understand the medi⁃cal humanistic spirit.
