乙肝相关肝纤维化的中西医治疗进展与思考

Progress and Thinking on Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Hepatitis B Associated Liver Fibrosis

慢性乙型病毒性肝炎治疗的总体目标是最大限度地长期抑制或消除慢性乙型肝炎病毒,减轻肝细胞炎症坏死及肝纤维化,延缓和阻止疾病进展,减少和防止肝脏失代偿、肝硬化、肝细胞癌及其并发症的发生,从而提高患者生活质量和延长患者存活时间。此文拟通过查找并归纳近5年内肝纤维化治疗的文献资料,总结乙型病毒性肝炎相关肝纤维化的中西医治疗进展,并对目前的治疗现状做出总结,为临床治疗该病提供可以借鉴的方案及有效思路。

The overall goal of chronic hepatitis B treatment is to maximize the long-term inhibition or elimination of chronic hepatitis B virus,reduce hepatocyte inflammation and necrosis and liver fibrosis,delay and prevent disease progression,reduce and prevent liver decompensation,liver cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma and its complications,so as to improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time.This article aimed to find out and summarize the literature of liver fibrosis treatment in recent 5 years,summarized the progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hepatitis B related liver fibrosis,and summarized the cur⁃rent treatment status,so as to provide a therapeutic plan and effective treatment for clinical treatment of the disease.
