真实世界研究应用于中医药领域近况

The Application of Real World Research in the Field of Traditional Chinese Medicine

近年来,真实世界研究方法在中医药治疗领域的应用呈现上升趋势。大数据时代的到来和科学技术的发展,使临床研究方法和平台变得越来越丰富,也让真实世界的研究方法得到越来越多的关注,特别是在中医药领域,显示出很好的兼容性。传统的随机对照研究方法,成本高并且难度也很大,对于预防性干预的长期疗效评价不太理想。真实世界研究则不同,其可以弥补随机对照试验的不足。此文通过收集数据库的相关文献并进行分类、分析、整理,对真实世界研究应用于中医药领域的近况进行综述,为临床研究提供参考。

In recent years,the application of real world research methods in the field of traditional Chinese medicine treatment has shown an upward trend.With the advent of the era of big data and the development of science and technology,clinical research meth⁃ods and platforms have become more and more abundant,and real-world research methods have received more and more attention,es⁃pecially in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,showing good compatibility.Traditional randomized controlled study method is not suitable for the long-term efficacy evaluation of preventive interventions because it is costly and difficult to operate.In contrast,the real world research method is a different one,which can coverage the shortage of traditional randomized controlled experiment.This paper summarized the application of the real world research method in the field of traditional Chinese medicine by collecting,classifying,analyzing and sorting the relevant literature of the database,so as to provide reference for clinical research.
