治未病模式在特应性皮炎康复中的运用及其重要意义

特应性皮炎是一种常见的慢性、炎症性皮肤病。该病反复发作,迁延难愈,严重影响患者及家属生活质量,为医学顽疾之一。之所以被称为顽疾,除了该病本身性质决定,更多要归因于“重治疗轻调护”的医疗现状。目前针对该病的医疗误区仍在于过度重视治疗,忽视了机体康复的能动性,忽视了患者自身调护对康复的重要性。因为治愈该病的根本途径是改变患者的过敏体质,只有体质改善了,该病才能被治愈。任何不能促进患者体质改善的药物和技术,最终证明是徒劳,还延误了治疗时机,浪费了资源。若要改变体质,中医古籍已有“未病先防,既病求愈”治未病的中医调理模式,即治未病模式。治未病模式可以激发机体康复的能动性,让患者身体得到康复或自愈,这也是“治病必求于本”的体现。中国中医科学院西苑医院皮肤科在黄尧洲教授倡导的治未病学术思想的指导下,运用治未病模式在临床上救治了众多患者,显示了优越的治疗效果。

Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease.The disease recurred,prolonged and difficult to cure,seriously affect the quality of life of patients and their families,as one of the medical diseases.The reason why it is called a chronic disease,in addition to the nature of the disease itself,is more due to the medical status quo of"treatment is more important than nursing".At present,the misunderstanding of medical treatment for this disease is that it pays too much attention to treatment,ignores the initiative of body rehabilitation,and ignores the importance of patients'self-care for rehabilitation.Because the fundamental way to cure the disease is to change the patient's allergy,only if the physique is improved,the disease can be cured.Any drug or technology that does not promote physical improvement in patients ultimately proves futile,delays treatment and wastes resources.If want to change the physique,the ancient Chinese medicine books have a traditional Chinese medicine conditioning mode of"pre-disease prevention,prevent disease from changing"to treat disease,that is,the mode of treating disease.Preventive treatment model can stimulate the body's initiative to recover,so that the patient's body to recover or self-healing,which is“cure must seek the root”reflected.The Department of Dermatology,Xiyuan Hospital of CACMS,under the guidance of Professor Huang Yaozhou's academic thought of preventive treatment model,has applied the mode of preventive treatment model in clinical treatment and saved many patients,and has shown superior therapeutic effect.
