食管癌的病因及miR133b-206在食管癌中的研究进展

摘要 食管癌是人体较为常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,根据全球癌症统计学数据,食管癌在各国之间的发生率存在显著差异,其中中国、伊朗和非洲东部、南美洲发病率较高,然而,我国临床数据显示食管癌的发病率明显降低,这与食管癌早期临床症状并不显著有关,导致临床的诊断率较低,无法及时进行有效的治疗措施,因此临床应加强相关领域的研究和预防措施,降低食管癌的发病率和提升患者的生存率。微RNA-133b-206(miR133b-206)是一种潜在的生物标志物,可以通过检测组织样本或者体液中的miR133b-206水平,反映食管癌的临床病理特征、预后、及患者的生存率,临床用于诊断和鉴别早期食管癌具有一定价值。基于此,本文就食管癌的病因及miR133b-206在食管癌中研究进展进行综述。 Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract in the human body.According to the global cancer statistics,there are significant differences in the incidence of esophageal cancer among countries.The incidence of esophageal cancer is higher in China,Iran,eastern Africa and South America.However,the clinical data in China show that the incidence of esophageal cancer has decreased significantly,which is related to the insignificant clinical symptoms in the early stage of esophageal cancer.As a result,the clinical diagnosis rate is low,and effective treatment measures cannot be carried out in time.Therefore,clinical research and preventive measures in relevant fields should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of esophageal cancer and improve the survival rate of patients.MicroRNA-133b-206(miR133b-206)is a potential biomarker that can be used to detect the miR133b-206 levels in tissue samples or body fluids,and the levels of MiR133b-206 are closely related to the clinicopathological features,prognosis,and survival rate of patients with esophageal cancer.Therefore,MiR133b-206 has certain value in clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of early esophageal cancer.On this basis,this article reviews the etiology of esophageal cancer and the research progress of miR133b-206 in esophageal cancer.
