精神分裂症患者睡眠质量水平及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of sleep quality and related influencing factors in patients with schizophrenia

目的探析精神分裂症患者睡眠质量水平,并调查相关影响因素。方法选取2020年1月至2023年2月江西省荣军优抚医院收治的82例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对纳入对象睡眠状况进行测评,同时设计基线资料调查表,详细统计所有患者的临床资料,后进一步采用多元线性回归模型分析精神分裂症患者睡眠质量水平的影响因素。结果经统计,精神分裂症患者睡眠质量水平评分10~18分,平均(14.50±2.35)分。单因素分析显示,不同性别、文化程度、社会支持以及家庭功能的精神分裂症患者睡眠质量水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,性别男、文化程度初中或高中、社会支持以及家庭功能低下是精神分裂症患者睡眠质量水平的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者睡眠质量较低,性别、文化程度、社会支持以及家庭功能是精神分裂症患者睡眠质量水平的相关影响因素。

Objective To explore the sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia and investigate the related influencing factors.Methods A total of 82 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Jiangxi Province Veterans Special Care Hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.The sleep status of the subjects was assessed by Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and the baseline data questionnaire was designed to conduct detailed statistics on the clinical data of all patients.Then,multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of sleep quality in patients with schizophrenia.Results The sleep quality score of schizophrenic patients ranged from 10 to 18 points,with an average of(14.50±2.35)points.Univariate analysis showed that the sleep quality of schizophrenia patients with different gender,education level,social support and family function were significantly different(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,middle or high school education,low social support and family function were independent risk factors for sleep quality of schizophrenia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The sleep quality of schizophrenic patients is low.Gender,education level,social support and family function are related factors affecting the sleep quality of schizophrenic patients.
