不同生育“三孩”意愿的育龄妇女原生家庭特征比较

Comparison of family of origin characteristics among women of childbearing age with different intentions to have"three children"

目的了解“三孩”政策实施后银川市育龄妇女的“三孩”生育意愿,探究原生家庭对其潜在影响。方法通过便利抽样,于2022年6月至10月选取银川市部分社区未生育“三孩”的已婚育龄妇女作为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、家庭关怀指数量表、原生家庭支持与干涉量表,对其进行问卷调查。结果共604名育龄妇女完成有效调查,其中意愿生育“三孩”的育龄妇女66名(11%)。育龄妇女原生家庭的家庭关怀度指数为(6.47±2.98)分,原生家庭支持度得分为(33.60±12.75)分,育龄妇女原生家庭干涉度得分为(30.18±13.07)分。不同意愿的育龄妇女的原生家庭关怀度指数、家庭支持和干涉评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中非常愿意者的原生家庭关怀指数及家庭支持评分最高、家庭干涉最低。结论“三孩”政策下银川市育龄妇女的生育意愿较低,育龄妇女原生家庭会对其产生影响,改善育龄妇女家庭功能、增强家庭支持,以便更好推进和实施“三孩”政策。

Objective To explore the fertility willingness of women after the implementation of the universal"three children"policy in Yinchuan,and explore the potential impact of their original family on it.Methods Married women of childbearing age who did not have"three children"in some communities in Yinchuan City were selected by convenience sampling from June to October 2022 as the study population.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the study subjects using a general information questionnaire,a family care index scale,and a native family support and intervention scale.Results A total of 604 women of childbearing age completed an effective survey,of which 66(11%)were willing to have"three children".The score of the family care index for the original family of women of childbearing age is(6.47±2.98)points,the support score for the original family is(33.60±12.75)points,and the intervention score for the original family of women of childbearing age is(30.18±13.07)points.There were statistically significant differences in the index of family of origin caring,family support and interference scores of women of childbearing age with different willingness(P<0.05),with the very willing having the highest index of family of origin caring and family support scores and the lowest family interference.Conclusion Under the universal"three children"policy,the fertility willingness of women of childbearing age in Yinchuan was relatively low,and their original families will have an impact on them.This will improve the family function of women and enhance family support,in order to better promote and implement the"three children"policy.
