以保护动机为理念基础的风险护理管理在糖尿病高危足患者中的应用效果

Application effect of risk care management based on the concept of protective motivation in patients with high-risk foot diabetes

目的探讨以保护动机为理念基础的风险护理管理在糖尿病高危足患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年3月鹰潭市人民医院收治的85例确诊为糖尿病高危足患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(42例)和观察组(43例)。对照组采用风险护理管理进行护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予以保护动机理论进行干预。比较两组患者干预前后的血糖水平、糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分及足部状况。结果观察组干预后的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖低于对照组,且SDSCA各项目评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的不良足部状况人数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病高危足患者保护动机理论下的风险护理管理,能有效提高患者自我管理能力,改善其高血糖血脂情况。

Objective To investigate the application effect of risk care management based on the concept of protective motivation in patients with diabetes,high risk of foot disease.Methods A total of 85 patients diagnosed with high-risk foot diabetes in Yingtan People's Hospital from June 2020 to March 2022 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(43 cases)by random number table method.The control group was nursed by risk nursing management,and the observation group was treated with protective motivation theory on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose level,summary of diabetes self care activities(SDSCA)score and foot condition of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of SDSCA items were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The number of patients with poor foot condition in observation group after intervention was less than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk nursing management under the protective motivation theory of high-risk diabetic patients can effectively improve their self-management ability and improve their hyperglycemic lipid status.
