摘要
植物病害是威胁粮食稳产的重要因素,天冬氨酸蛋白酶(aspartic proteases,APs)作为四大类蛋白水解酶之一,是一类以天冬氨酸残基作为催化活性位点的蛋白水解酶,在植物抵抗生物胁迫等过程中发挥着重要的功能。因此,对APs的结构以及功能进行解析,将有助于我们进一步了解APs参与调控植物免疫的分子机制。本文对APs在植物免疫中的研究进行总结与归纳,并对未来研究方向提出展望。
Plant disease is an important factor threatening stable grain yield.Aspartic proteases(APs),as one of the four major types of proteolytic enzymes,are a class of proteolytic enzymes that take aspartic acid residues as catalytic active sites,and play an important function in the process of plant resistance to biological stress.Therefore,the analysis of the structure and function of APs will help us further understand the molecular mechanism of APs participating in the regulation of plant disease resistance.In this paper,the research of APs in plant immunity was summarized and the future research direction was proposed.
