山东省经济-能源-生态环境耦合协调研究 被引量:2

Study on thecoupling and coordination of economy-energy-ecological environment in Shandong province

摘要 在城市发展进程中,经济、能源、生态环境三系统相互制约,彼此促进,正确认识并处理好三系统之间的关系是实现协调发展的关键。将经济-能源-生态环境看作一个结构复杂并具有耦合关系的开放型系统;建立三系统协调发展评价指标体系,运用三系统耦合协调模型,计算2016—2020年山东省及16地市耦合协调度并分析其空间集聚程度,结果显示:山东省三系统协同发展仍处于萌芽阶段,耦合协调度呈逐年增长态势;山东半岛16地市三系统耦合协调度总体呈现上升态势,空间上大致呈东高西低的发展格局;16地市耦合协调度趋向随机分布,空间分布集聚效应较弱。基于上述结论,提出现阶段促进三系统协调可持续发展的相关对策建议。 In the process of urban development,the three systems of economy,energy and ecological environment constrain each other and promote each other,and correctly understanding and dealing with the relationship between the three systems is the key to achieving coordinated development.Economy-energy-ecological environment is an open system with complex structure and coupling relationship;establish the evaluation index system of coordinated development of the three systems,use the three-system coupling and coordination model to calculate the degree of coordination of the three systems in Shandong Province and 16 cities and analyse their spatial agglomeration from 2016 to 2020,and the results show that:the three-system synergistic development of Shandong Province is still in the budding stage,and the degree of coordination of the three systems has been increasing year by year.The coupling coordination degree of the three systems in 16 cities on the Shandong Peninsula is generally showing an upward trend,with a spatial pattern of high in the east and low in the west;the coupling coordination degree of the 16 cities tends to be randomly distributed,and the spatial distribution of the clustering effect is weak.Based on the above conclusions,relevant countermeasures are proposed to promote the coordinated and sustainable development of the three systems at this stage.
