摘要
为了研究领导-成员交换对矿工反生产行为的影响机制,引入工作倦怠和互动公平作为中介变量;运用SPSS26.0软件对300名矿工的问卷调查数据进行处理、AMOS26.0软件构建领导-成员交换质量对矿工反生产行为影响的最优结构方程模型。实验结果表明:领导-成员交换质量显著负向影响工作倦怠,正向影响互动公平;工作倦怠、互动公平对矿工反生产行为分别有显著正向、负向影响;工作倦怠、互动公平分别是领导-成员交换与矿工反生产行为之间的完全中介变量。
In order to study the influence mechanism of leader-member exchange quality on miners’counter-productive behavior,this paper introduces job burnout and interaction justice as mediating variables.This study uses SPSS and AMOS software to process the questionnaire data.The results show that the quality of leader-member exchange has a significant negative effect on job burnout and a positive effect on interaction justice.Job burnout and interactive justice have significant positive and negative effects on miners’back work behavior,respectively.Job burnout and interaction justice are the complete mediating variables between leader-member exchange and miners’counter-productive behavior respectively.
