数智赋能煤炭企业应急体系建设研究

Research on emergency response system construction of coal enterprises empowered by digital intelligence

探讨如何运用数智技术为煤炭企业的应急体系注入新的活力与效能。首先对数智技术和赋能的概念进行了详细阐述,其次借助应急管理“4R”理论分析传统煤炭企业应急体系存在的问题,最后分别从智能风险识别、实时监测和预警、智能应急预案、虚拟仿真培训、智能资源调度、信息共享和协作6个方面构建数智赋能的煤炭企业应急体系,针对实施过程中的挑战进行分析并给出相关建议,进一步激发数智技术的赋能作用,推动煤炭企业应急体系建设。

With the development of the coal industry and the prominence of safety issues,building a solid and efficient emergency response system has become an essential task for coal enterprises to ensure production stability and employee safety.This study aims to explore how to use digital intelligence technology to inject new vigor and effectiveness into the emergency response system of coal enterprises.Firstly,the concepts of digital intelligence technology and empowerment are elaborated in detail.Secondly,the problems of the traditional emergency response system of coal enterprises are analyzed with the help of the“4R”theory of emergency management.Finally,the six aspects of intelligent risk identification,real-time monitoring,and early warning,intelligent emergency response plan,virtual simulation training,intelligent resource scheduling,and information sharing and collaboration are analyzed.Finally,it constructs a digital intelligence-enabled coal enterprise emergency response system,and also analyses the challenges in the implementation process,and gives relevant suggestions to further stimulate the empowering role of digital intelligence technology and promote the construction of a coal enterprise emergency response system.
