飞机吊挂结构安全状态评估方法研究

摘要 针对飞行训练强度提高,安全性数据和现有评估手段无法准确判断飞机吊挂结构安全状态的问题,提出了组合赋权与灰云模型结合的飞机吊挂安全状态评估方法。根据现有飞机结构安全性评估指标体系,结合吊挂结构使用实际建立了吊挂安全状态评估指标体系;改进了指标相关性权重确定法(Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation,CRITIC)进行客观赋权,并通过可拓层次分析法(Extension Analytic Hierarchy Process,EAHP)与博弈论思想进行主客观组合赋权,结合灰云模型提出了一种新的飞机吊挂安全状态评估方法。根据建立的指标体系和提出的评估方法,对4个吊挂结构进行了安全状态评估,确定了各自安全状态及薄弱环节,验证了提出方法的有效性,为飞机吊挂结构安全状态的判断提供了有效手段。 To satisfy the need of assessing the safety state of aircraft suspension structures,this paper proposed a safety state assessment method based on a combination weighting and gray cloud model.According to the existing index system of aircraft structure safety assessment,we improved the evaluation indexes according to the actual use of the suspension structure and gave the calculation method of each index.The assessment index system of the safety state of the hanging structure was established.For the assignment method,the method of subjective and objective combination assignment was selected.The Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation(CRITIC)method was chosen for the objective weighting method.However,the method cannot effectively reflect the nonlinear correlation and the dispersion degree.The CRITIC method was improved by using distance correlation to reflect the nonlinear correlation between indicators and reflecting the degree of dispersion based on the idea of the entropy weight method.In the selection of the subjective assignment method,the traditional Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method lacks the flexibility that is required for subjective judgment when representing relative importance.The Extension Analytic Hierarchy Process(EAHP)method was selected for the subjective assignment.On this basis,the subjective weights and objective weights were combined based on game theory ideas to obtain the optimal weights.In the selection of assessment models,the gray clustering model can give intuitive assessment results that meet the needs of the work.The cloud model can effectively deal with qualitative indicators and make up for the shortcoming of gray clustering assessment that cannot reflect the randomness of subjective judgment.Therefore,the gray cloud model that combines both of them was chosen as the assessment model to carry out the assessment work.Based on the established index system and the proposed evaluation method,an example analysis of four suspension structures in actual use was carried out.The results show that one of the suspension statuses is"safe"and the other three are"acceptable".The weak points of each hanging were analyzed by comparing the index scores.The validity of the proposed method was verified.
