氨基酸功能化Y(Ⅲ)交联SA/硅藻土杂化球的制备及吸附性能 被引量:1

Preparation and Adsorption Property of Amino Acid⁃functionalized Y(Ⅲ)⁃crosslinked Alginate/Diatomite Hybrid Beads

摘要 采用液滴聚合法成功合成了一种新型绿色甘氨酸(Gly)功能化Y(Ⅲ)交联海藻酸钠(SA)/硅藻土(Dia)复合杂化球(Gly/Y/SA/Dia),对其形貌和元素组成进行了表征,并直接用于对水体中直接红13(DR 13)染料的吸附。结果发现:Gly/Y/SA/Dia对DR 13具有强吸附性能,当其投加量为0.03 g,染料溶液浓度为1600 mg/L、pH为2.0时,90 min即达吸附平衡,吸附量和去除率分别可达1329 mg/g和99.7%,且其随pH值增至10.0时仍能达1227 mg/g和92.0%;杂化球对DR 13的吸附量比Dia单独吸附增大了21.2倍。具有自发放热性质的染料吸附全过程和吸附行为可分别用拟二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温模型描述。吸附研究和表征结果说明,具有独特表面形貌的杂化球通过静电吸引、各种氢键、配位反应及离子交换等多种吸附作用能实现对不同酸度高浓度直接染料废水的高效脱色净化,作为一种高性价比、环保、易分离的颗粒型生物吸附剂会有很好的潜在应用前景。 A novel green glycine(Gly)⁃functionalized Y(Ⅲ)⁃crosslinked alginate(SA)/diatomite(Dia)hybrid bead composite(Gly/Y/SA/Dia)was successfully synthesized by droplet polymerization,and its morphology and element composi⁃tion were characterized and analyzed.Gly/Y/SA/Dia was directly used to adsorb direct red 13(DR 13)dye in water.The re⁃sults show that thehybrid beads exhibit superstrong adsorption and removal performance for DR 13.When its dosage is 0.03 g,and the concentration and pH of dye solution are 1600 mg/L and 2.0,the adsorption equilibrium can be reached by 90 min.The adsorption amount and removal rate reach to 1329 mg/g and 99.7%respectively,and these values can still reach to 1227 mg/g and 92.0%with the increase of pH up to 10.0.The adsorption capacity of hybrid beads for DR 13 from simulated wastewater is 21.2 times higher than that of Dia.The whole process and behavior of dye adsorption with spontaneous exother⁃mic nature can be exactly expressed by the pseudo⁃second⁃order kinetic equation and Langmuir isothermal model,respectively.The results of detailed adsorption study,pH effect and characterization indicate that Gly/Y/SA/Dia hybrid beads with unique surface morphology and three⁃dimensional network structure can achieve ultrahigh efficient adsorption and removal of DR 13 dye through electrostatic attraction,formation of various hydrogen bonds,coordination reaction and ion exchange.Bio⁃based adsorbent Gly/Y/SA/Dia,as a cost⁃effective eco⁃friendly separable macroparticle composite,would have a good application prospect for the decolorization and purification of direct dye wastewater with high concentration and different acidity.
