2022年,全國海事審判隊伍堅持以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導,全面貫徹落實黨的二十大精神,深入貫徹習近平法治思想。緊緊圍繞“公正與效率”的工作主題,充分發揮海事審判職能作用,為“一帶一路”建設、高水平對外開放和海洋強國建設提供有力的司法保障。
In 2022,the national force of maritime trial adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law thoroughly.They focused closely on the work theme of"fairness and efficiency",gave full play to the role of maritime trial,and provided a strong judicial guarantee for the progress of the"Belt and Road Initiative".
