摘要
装配式连接传力可靠性是保证装配式结构整体性能的关键,为此,提出了装配式混凝土框架混合连接方式。以混凝土框架中节点为研究对象,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件按照1∶1.6缩尺比例建立了装配式混凝土框架混合连接节点模型和对应现浇对比试件模型,并对其进行恒定轴压比下的抗震性能模拟。基于模拟结果整理,对比分析试件的滞回性能、刚度退化、耗能能力、应力云图。研究结果显示:采用装配式混凝土框架混合连接节点试件的承载力、抗侧刚度、耗能能力与现浇试件接近,且梁端塑性铰区发展进程减缓,耗能能力更优,证实了该新型连接方式可实现近似现浇整体性效果。
The reliability of force transmission of prefabricated connections is essential to ensure the overall performance of prefabricated structures.For this reason,the research group proposed a hybrid connection method for prefabricated concrete frames.Taking the nodes in the concrete frame as the research object,the ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to establish the model of the mixed connection node of the prefabricated concrete frame and the corresponding cast-in-situ comparison specimen model according to the scale of 1∶1.6,and they were subjected to a constant axial compression ratio.Simulation of seismic performance.Based on the simulation results,the hysteretic performance,stiffness degradation,energy dissipation capacity,and stress nephogram of the specimens were compared and analyzed.The research results show that the bearing capacity,lateral stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of the hybrid connection joint specimen of the prefabricated concrete frame are close to those of the cast-in-place specimen,and the development process of the plastic hinge area at the beam end is slowed down,and the energy dissipation capacity is better.The new connection method adopted in this paper can achieve a similar cast-in-place integrity effect.
