摘要
以安徽省合肥市某隧道工程为背景,探讨隧道主体结构大体积混凝土在施工过程中的温度变化对裂缝产生的影响。该工程采用调整混凝土配合比的方式降低水化热的同时对大体积混凝土浇筑过程进行温度场实测,揭示了隧道大体积混凝土温度场的变化规律,分析了边界条件与大体积混凝土温度场分布之间的关系,对同类型工程中混凝土浇筑施工、构件裂缝控制等具有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper takes a tunnel project in Anhui Hefei as a background to discuss the influence of the temperature change of the mass concrete of the main structure of the tunnel on the cracks during the construction process.The project adopts the method of adjusting the concrete mix ratio to reduce the heat of hydration,and at the same time,the temperature field is measured during the mass concrete pouring process,which reveals the changing law of the mass concrete temperature field of the tunnel,and analyzes the boundary conditions and the mass concrete temperature field distribution.The relationship between them can be used as a reference for concrete pouring construction and component crack control in the same type of projects.
