摘要
广东省沿海发达城市地铁修建需求极高,地铁隧道施工扰动导致地面塌陷事故时有发生,目前,广东省内尚未制定风险评估体系及后果评估体系指导生产以降低潜在损失。首先,提出构建风险评估体系的关键风险因素,包括工程因素、地质因素、管线分布情况、移动荷载、水环境条件、地下病害体、道路病害等,以及提出一套以隧道埋深、隧道相对道路水平距离、建(构)筑物分布、财产密度、人员密度、社会影响等因素为主要依据的后果评估体系。最后,通过盾构隧道施工扰动导致市政道路塌陷的风险等级评价体系,指导制定合适的预防措施,以减少对社会活动的影响。
In the developed coastal cities of Guangdong Province,the demand for subway construction is extremely high,and ground collapse accidents often occur due to subway tunnel construction disturbance.At present,Guangdong Province has not formulated a risk assessment system and a consequence assessment system to guide production to reduce potential losses.This paper puts forward the key risk factors for the construction of risk assessment system,including engineering factors,geological factors,pipeline distribution,moving load,water environment conditions,underground disease,road disease,etc.A set of consequences evaluation system based on tunnel depth,tunnel horizontal distance from road,building distribution,property density,personnel density,social impact and other factors is proposed.Finally,the risk grade evaluation system of municipal road collapse caused by shield tunnel construction disturbance is used to guide the formulation of appropriate preventive measures to reduce the impact on social activities.
