摘要 大学生专业认同感是影响学习适应性的重要因素,对大学生后续的就业选择和职业发展具有深远影响。采用问卷调查法对大学生专业认同感与学习适应性的关系进行研究,发现专业认同感的情感性、行为性、适切性对学习适应性具有正向作用,即专业认同感的情感性、行为性、适切性越高,学习适应越好,进而从学生自身角度和高校教育角度提出相应对策建议,以提高大学生学习适应水平,改善大学生专业学习行为,提高人才培养质量。 College students'professional identity is an important factor reflecting their learning adaptability.At the same time,it has a profound impact on the subsequent employment choice and career development of college students.This paper uses the questionnaire survey method to study the relationship between professional identity and learning adaptability.The results showed that the emotion,behavior and adaptability of professional identity have a positive impact on the learning adaptability,that is,the higher the emotion,behavior and adaptability of professional identity,the better the learning adaptation.Furtherly,from the perspective of the students themselves and the perspective of college education,the relevant rationalization suggestions are put forward to improve the level of college students'learning adaptation,promote the students'professional learning behavior,and then improve the quality of talent training.
