高等农林院校第一、二课堂协同联动的困境及优化路径

摘要 高等农林院校要肩负起“知农爱农”新型人才培养的重要使命,围绕“三农”发展建设搞教育,全方位服务农业农村发展全局。我国高等农林院校自20世纪80年代引入第一课堂与第二课堂协同联动教育教学理念,经过引入发展、快速发展、创新发展三个主要发展阶段,取得了明显进步,但也面临一些发展困境,主要在顶层设计、育人体系、实践阵地、育人路径方面存在一些薄弱之处。新时代高等农林院校应认真总结第一课堂与第二课堂协同联动的发展历程,深入分析存在的矛盾和问题,厘清第一课堂与第二课堂建设的基本遵循,从而有针对性地就第一课堂与第二课堂协同联动的顶层设计、育人导向、育人模式以及阵地建设方面进行全面、科学、合理的路径优化,为全面推进乡村振兴和加快农业农村现代化建设提供强有力的人才保障。 Higher agricultural and forestry universities should shoulder the important mission of cultivating new talents of"knowing and loving agriculture",focus on education for the development and construction of"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers",and comprehensively serve the overall development of agriculture and rural areas.Since the 1980s,China's higher agricultural and forestry universities have introduced the concept of collaborative education and teaching in the first and second classrooms from abroad.After three main stages of development:"introduction and development,rapid development,and innovative development,"they have made significant progress and have now entered a stage of improvement and development.But there are also some development difficulties,mainly in terms of"top-level design,education system,practical positions,and education paths".In the new era,higher agricultural and forestry universities should carefully summarize the development process of the collaborative linkage between the first and second classrooms,deeply analyze the existing contradictions and problems,clarify the basic principles of the construction of the first and second classrooms,and carry out comprehensive,scientific,and reasonable path optimization on the top-level design,education orientation,education mode,and battlefield construction of the first and second classrooms in a targeted manner,To provide a strong talent guarantee for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
