《近思录》的教学思想及当代价值

摘要 朱熹集理学教育思想之大成,在《近思录》中提出了丰富的教学思想,对中国教育的发展影响深远。循序渐进的教学过程、因材施教的教学原则、明礼自慎的教师素质是《近思录》教学思想的主要内容。结合当前时代特点和教育现状,进一步探析《近思录》的教学思想,有助于推进大中小学德育有效衔接、坚持个性化教育、重视涵养教师素质,为新时代教育事业的发展提供传统文化资源。 Zhu Xi,who has gathered the great achievements of the ideology of education,has put forward a wealth of teaching ideas in Jinsilu,which has a profound influence on the development of Chinese education.The teaching process of step-by-step,the teaching principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and the quality of teachers who are clear and prudent are the main contents of the teaching ideas in the book.Taking into account the current characteristics of the times and the current situation of education,further analysis of the teaching ideas of Jinsilu will help promote the effective connection of moral education in universities and schools,adhere to personalized education,pay attention to the quality of teachers,and provide ideological resources for the development of education in the new era.
