从自组织原理看中医“五脏应时”的内涵及机制

摘要 “五脏应时”是中医藏象理论的核心内容,其深刻内涵及机制尚未完全阐明。本文基于系统科学的自组织原理,通过论述脏腑自组织系统是“五脏应时”的内在基础,从而阐明其系统科学内涵及机制,提出“五脏应时”是通过脏腑自组织形成的“功能—时间—空间”结构,其“应时”过程是机体从自然获取有序性的机制,因此“应时关系”紊乱会导致季节性疾病的发生,并提出“应时令之序,愈自组织能力,调人天关系”的养生防病基本法则。正确理解“五脏应时”的内涵及机制有助于解释季节性疾病的发作,指导临床养生防病和辨证论治。 The correspondence between five organs and seasons is the core content of the theory of zangxiang in traditional Chinese medicine.The internal mechanism had not been clarified for a long time.Focused on the self-organization theory in system theory,this paper expounded the systematic scientific connotation of‘the correspondence between five organs and seasons’by discussing that the self-organization of the organs is the basis of‘the correspondence between five organs and seasons’.Furthermore,we put forward that‘the correspondence between five organs and seasons’is a‘function-time-space’structure formed by the self-organization of organs,and the‘correspondence’process is the mechanism by which the organism acquires order from nature.Therefore,the disorder of‘timely cooperation relationship’will lead to the occurrence of seasonal diseases and health preservation and disease prevention should comply with‘Consistent with the order of the season,improvement of self-organizing ability,and adjustment of relationship between man and nature’.Understanding the connotation of the five organs should be helpful to explain the onset of seasonal diseases and guide clinical health prevention and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
