后疫情时期大连市银发经济高质量发展研究

Study on the High-Quality Development of Silver Economy in Dalian During the Post-Epidemic Period

本文着眼于大连地区人口发展面临的突出矛盾和问题,分析了后疫情时期大连市银发经济发展现状,研究并设计大连市银发经济高质量发展的响应机制。提出深化改革,从政策环境、区域合作、人才培养等方面着手来构建大连市银发经济高质量发展路径,从而提升科技创新能力,促进产业转型升级。

This paper focuses on the prominent contradictions and problems faced by population development in Dalian,analyzes the status quo of the development of Dalian's silver economy in the post-epidemic period.The response mechanism for the high-quality development of Dalian’s silver economy is studied and designed.On that basis,this study proposes to deepen the reform,builds a high-quality development path for Dalian's silver economy from the aspects of policy environment,regional cooperation and personnel training,which can improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation,as well as promote the industrial transformation and upgrading.
