陇南市康县产业结构优化升级路径分析

Path Analysis of Optimizationand Upgrading of Industrial Structure in KangxianCounty,Longnan City

本文以陇南市康县三大产业发展现状为分析基础,运用偏离—份额分析法,对康县2011-2020年10年间的产业增长及结构变化进行分析,并与陇南市的同期产业结构进行对比研究。结果发现,这10年间康县的第一产业和第二产业对于县域经济的发展贡献不大、不具备区位竞争优势,经济发展速度缓慢。第三产业对于县域经济的发展具有强烈的推动作用,区位竞争优势明显,发展势头很足,但三大产业结构发展不平衡。基于此,本文提出了发展现代农业、大力发展第二产业、稳定发展第三产业和平衡产业结构的产业结构优化升级建议。

Based on the current situation of the development of the three major industries in KangxianCounty,Longnan City,this paper analyses the industrial growth and structural transformation of Kangxian County during the 10-year period from 2011 to 2020 by using the shift-share analysis method,and makes a comparison with the industrial structure of Longnan City during the same period.The results show that in Kangxian County,the primary industry and the secondary industry do not contribute much to the development of the county economy during the 10-year period,showing no regional competitive advantage,and the economic development speed is slow.The tertiary industry has a strong impetus to the development of the county economy,the regional competitive advantage is obvious,and the development momentum is sufficient,but the development of the three major industrial structure is not balanced.On this basis,this paper proposes to optimizeand upgrade the industrial structure by developing modern agriculture,vigorously developing secondary industry,stably developing tertiary industry and balancing the industrial structure.
