药品流通企业财务柔性研究——以南京医药为例

Research on the Financial Flexibility of Pharmaceutical Distribution Enterprise--Taking Nanjing Pharmaceutical as an Example

药品流通行业与人们的日常生活息息相关,而当前国内外环境的剧烈变化使得药品流通企业面临诸多挑战。本文使用案例分析法,选择药品流通行业中的代表性企业南京医药作为研究对象,通过计算其在2015-2022年间财务柔性的变化,结合其他财务指标,分析其发展现状,基于财务柔性的基本定义,利用现金柔性、负债柔性、权益柔性以及组合柔性的计算对企业进行整体的综合性评价,为社会各界投资者、政府、企业管理者提供一定的参考价值。

The pharmaceutical distributionindustry has a close relationship withpeople's daily life,and the current drastic changes in the domestic and foreign environment make pharmaceutical distributionenterprises face many challenges.This paper uses the case analysis method and selectsNanjing Pharmaceutical,a representative enterprise in the pharmaceutical distributionindustry,as the research object,and calculates the changes of its financial flexibility during the period of 2015-2022.Combinedwith other financial indicatorsthecurrent development statusof Nanjing Pharmaceuticalis analyzed.Based on the basic definition of financial flexibility,this paper makes an overall comprehensive evaluation of the enterprise by calculating cash flexibility,liabilityflexibility,equity flexibility and combination flexibility,which can providecertain reference value for investors,governments and enterprise managers from different social aspects.
