摘要
随着中国乡村振兴战略的深入推进,供销合作社作为乡村经济的关键组成部分,承担着重要的责任。本文首先介绍了乡村振兴战略的背景和意义,然后深入分析了供销合作社在战略实施中所面临的经营管理问题,包括组织结构薄弱、服务范围狭窄、资源配置不均等方面的挑战。接着,提出了一些解决问题的建议,包括强化组织建设、拓展服务领域、改进资源配置、加强人才队伍建设等。通过分析,将有助于更好地理解供销合作社在乡村振兴战略中的作用和问题,旨在推动中国农村经济的健康发展,实现乡村振兴的战略目标。
With the in-depth advancement of China's rural revitalization strategy,supply and marketing cooperatives,as a key component of rural economy,assume important responsibilities.This paper first introduces the background and significance of rural revitalization strategy,and then analyzes the operation and management problems faced by supply and marketing cooperatives in the implementation of the strategy,including the challenges of weak organizational structure,narrow service scope,and uneven resource allocation.Then,some suggestions were put forward to solve the problem,including strengthening organizational construction,expanding service areas,improving resource allocation,and strengthening the construction of talent teams.Through analysis,we will show the practical application effect of these suggestions,in order to provide useful reference and enlightenment for the operation and management of supply and marketing cooperatives under the rural revitalization strategy.
