摘要
石墨烯因独特而优良的导电性能、光学性能、导热性、磁性和机械性能等引起了人们极大的兴趣。然而,石墨烯因难于在溶液中均匀分散,使石墨烯在各领域应用受限。氧化还原法是一种工艺简单、成本低廉但可以得到均匀石墨烯分散液的简单方法。本实验路线成熟,工艺简单,成本低,以石墨为原料,采用氧化还原法制备石墨烯并且在还原的过程中引入超声波制备了均匀的石墨烯分散液。由于学生对于所研究的石墨烯在生活各领域广泛应用有深切体会,所以设计本实验不仅可以激发学生的科研兴趣和培养团结协作的精神,还可以提高学生理论联系实际能力及安全意识。
Graphene has attracted great interest due to its unique and excellent electrical,optical,thermal,magnetic and mechanical properties.However,because graphene is difficult to disperse uniformly in solution,its application in various fields is limited.Oxidation reduction method is a simple and inexpensive method to obtain uniform graphene dispersion.This experimental route is mature,the process is simple and the cost is low.Graphene is prepared by oxidation reduction method using graphite as raw material.In the reduction process,ultrasonic wave is introduced to prepare uniform graphene dispersion solution.As students have a deep understanding of the extensive application of the graphene studied in various fields of life,the design of this experiment can not only stimulate students'interest in scientific research and cultivate the spirit of solidarity and cooperation,but also improve students'ability to connect theory with practice and safety awareness.
