摘要
某豆制品加工产业园污水处理规模设计为1200 m^(3)/d,采用气浮+UASB+二级AO+MBR组合工艺处理生产废水。进水CODCr、BOD、SS、NH3-N、TN和TP的质量浓度分别为5000 mg/L,2500 mg/L,1500 mg/L,35 mg/L,45 mg/L和8 mg/L时,出水质量浓度分别为50 mg/L,10 mg/L,10 mg/L,10 mg/L,15 mg/L,0.5 mg/L以下,去除率分别达99%,99.6%,99.3%,71.4%,66.7%和93.7%以上。各项出水指标均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级A标准。工艺稳定达标运行后的处理费用测算仅为3元/t。
A 1200 t/d soybean wastewater treatment system by a combined process of air floatation-UASB-two stage AO-MBR,when the influent COD,BOD,SS,NH3-N,TN,and TP concentration were 5000 mg/L,2500 mg/L,1500 mg/L,35 mg/L,45 mg/L and 8 mg/L,the effluent concentrations reached below 50 mg/L,10 mg/L,10 mg/L,10 mg/L,15 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L,The removal rates were reached respectively 99%,99.6%,99.3%,71.4%,66.7%and 93.7%,which could meet the stricter standard of the first-level A discharge standard of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002).It will cost RMB 3 per ton when the system is stable and up-to-standard operation.
