超高效液相色谱仪在提升药物代谢动力学实验课程教学效果中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨超高效液相色谱仪对于提升传统药物代谢动力学实验课程教学效果的价值。方法:以2020级临床药学本科生作为实验对象,随机分为两组,每组15人,实验开始前,统一对两组同学进行超高效液相色谱和酶联免疫法测定血药浓度进行培训,每组中15个同学都需要完全独立完成3次平行测定,最后取平均值作为该同学测定的最终结果,两组学生测定的样本均为同一批次、同一浓度的质控样品,两组最后的测定结果以组内所有同学测定结果的平均值为准,实验组以超高效液相色谱法测定奥卡西平血清药物浓度,对照组使用酶联免疫法测定奥卡西平血清药物浓度,分别记录结果数值,最后使用问卷星测试血药浓度相关知识。结果:质控样品的浓度为20μg/mL,对照组测定奥卡西平的血清药物浓度为18.41±0.93μg/mL,实验组测定结果为19.27±0.86μg/mL,实验组结果优于对照组;对照组问卷星测试分数为90.93±5.54分,实验组测试分数为97.87±2.56分,实验组成绩优于对照组。结论:学生使用超高效液相色谱法测定血药浓度在保证检测结果更准确的同时还可以促进药物代谢动力学实验课程的教学质量,值得推广。 Objective:To explore the value of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography in improving the teaching effectiveness of traditional pharmacokinetic experimental courses.Method:2020 clinical pharmacy undergraduate students were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into two groups of 15 people.Before the experiment,both groups of students were trained on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for blood drug concentration measurement.Each group of 15 students had to complete three parallel measurements independently,and the average value was taken as the final result of the student's measurement.The samples measured by both groups of students were from the same batch For quality control samples of the same concentration,the final measurement results of the two groups are based on the average of the measurement results of all classmates in the group.The experimental group uses ultra-high performance liquid chromatography to measure the serum drug concentration of oxcarbazepine,while the control group uses enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to measure the serum drug concentration of oxcarbazepine,and the results are recorded separately.Finally,a questionnaire star is used to test the relevant knowledge of blood drug concentration.Result:The concentration of the quality control sample is 20μg/mL,the serum drug concentration of oxcarbazepine was determined to be 18.41±0.93μg/mL in the control group,and 19.27±0.86μg/mL in the experimental group.The results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group;The star test score of the control group questionnaire was 90.93±5.54 points,while the test score of the experimental group was 97.87±2.56 points.The experimental group performed better than the control group.Conclusion:The use of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography by students to determine blood drug concentration not only ensures more accurate detection results,but also promotes the teaching quality of pharmacokinetic experiments,which is worth promoting.
