提升工程实践能力的《化工制图》教学改革与实践

摘要 针对目前《化工制图》教学过程中,如何提升学生的工程实践能力和标准意识的问题,结合自己多年的工程实践经历、工厂实习指导以及教学经验,对《化工制图》课程进行了教学改革,优化了教学内容和教学方式,通过翻转课堂以及手工绘图的方式,并引入工程案例和PDMS模型的方式强化学生的空间感和体验感,并进行了初步实践,确保了教学质量。 Aimed at the problem of improving students’engineer practical ability and standard awareness,it is discussed on how to assure the teaching purpose of chemical engineering drawing based on the schedule of the course and my own engineer practical experience and teaching experience.Students'sense of space and experience has been strengthened by lipping the classroom and drawing by hand.The engineering cases and PDMS models was also introduced.The preliminary practice has been preceded and proved to guarantee the quality of the course by optimizing teaching contents and teaching system.
