农村老年人生活自理能力影响因素的Logistic分析

Logistic Analysis of the Influencing Factors on the Self-care Ability of Rural Elderly

基于2018年中国老龄健康长寿影响因素跟踪调查数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型,探讨影响和制约我国农村65岁以上老年人口生活自理能力状况的因素。结果表明:我国农村老年人在自评健康和日常生活活动能力方面表现良好,操作性活动能力现状堪忧,抑郁发生率偏高,超过我国平均水平。研究还发现,性别、婚姻状况、工作性质、经济收入等因素对农村老年人生活自理能力有显著影响。在人口老龄化增长速度趋势明显的现今,重点关注农村地区老年人日常生活自理能力,能有效提升农村老年人的生理和心理健康。

Based on the data of the China Elderly Health and Longevity Tracking Survey in 2018,a binary logistic regression model was used to explore the status of self-care ability and related influencing factors among the elderly population aged 65 and above in rural areas of China.The result shows that the elderly in rural areas of China perform well in self-rated health and activities of daily living,but the operationa l activities are worrisome,and the incidence of depression is higher than the average level in China.The study also found that factors such as gender,marital status,job nature,and economic income had a significant impact on the self-care ability of rural elderly people.When there is a clear trend in the growth rate of population aging,focusing on the daily self-care ability of elderly people can effectively improve the physical and mental health of the elderly in rural areas.
