摘要
某热电厂因无备用热源等原因,近年来无法满足日益增长的供热负荷需求,且供热安全性和可靠性亟需增强;同时全厂机组的综合调峰能力不足,无法获得更深度调峰的收益。针对这些问题,提出了对2号机组实施低压缸零出力供热改造,增设1台40 MW高压电极热水锅炉和1台35 MW高压电极蒸汽锅炉,并配套500 m^(3)常压蓄热水罐的技术改造方案,以满足备用热源、调峰、启动锅炉改造需求。通过对改造方案供热能力和调峰能力分析可知,本方案改造后可使全厂发电标准煤耗下降21.3%;供热标准煤耗下降0.56%。电锅炉参与调峰后,所获得的年度综合收益为1712.88万元;切缸改造后获得的收益约为2634万元;项目整体总收益为4346.88万元。可获得明显的经济效益。
Due to the lack of standby heat sources,a co-generation Power Plant cannot meet the increasing demand for heating load in recent years,the heating safety and reliability of the power plant need to be enhanced.Moreover,the benefits of deeper peak shaving cannot be obtained because the comprehensive peak shaving capacity of the whole plant is insufficient.To solve above mentioned problems,the Unit 2 heating improvement with low pressure cylinder of zero output is proposed for the Unit2 in this paper.Based on the proposed scheme,a 50 MW high-pressure electrode hot water boiler and a 25 MW steam startup boiler are added with improvement of the 500 m2 normal pressure heat storage tank to meet the requirements for standby heat source,peak regulation and start-up boiler improvement.The analysis of heating capacity and peak shaving capacity of the proposed scheme shows that after the improvement the standard coal consumption of power generation in the whole plant decreased by 21.3%and the standard coal consumption for heating decreased by 0.56%.By peak regulation with the electric boiler,the annual comprehensive income of 17.1288 million yuan,the income of about 26.34 million yuan from the cylinder cutting improvement and the overall project income of 43.46888 million yuan can be obtained,a notable economic benefits can be expected.
