摘要
母线导体的可靠连接是保证GIS中电能正常传输的前提,合理的导体结构设计对母线安全运行至关重要。介绍了一起110 kV三相共箱式GIS母线在运行过程中出现电压波动、异音和气体组分超标的异常运行事件,现场X射线检测发现母线导体存在漏装限位螺钉以及同一导体两侧限位螺钉被同时挤压变形的现象,进一步通过理论计算和推理分析得出导体与两侧触头座内限位螺钉间的设计活动裕度不满足要求。针对此现象,结合实际运行条件提出了安全、合理、经济的结构改进措施,并开展了同结构两条母线整体改造工作,改造效果较为显著,为后续此类问题的发现和解决提供了思路。
The reliable connection of bus conductors is the prerequisite to ensure the normal transmission of electric energy in GIS,and the reasonable design of conductor structure is very important for the safe operation of bus.This paper introduces the abnormal operation events of a 110 kV three-phase common box type GIS bus,which showed voltage fluctuation,abnormal sound and excessive gas components during operation.The X-ray inspection found that the limit screws were missing in the bus conductor and the limit screws on both sides of the same conductor were squeezed and deformed at the same time.Further through theoretical calculation and reasoning analysis,it is concluded that the design movement margin between the conductor and the limit screw on both sides of the contact seat does not meet the requirements.In view of this phenomenon,a safe,reasonable and economical structural improvement measure is put forward based on the actual operating conditions,and the overall transformation work of the two bus bars of the same structure is carried out,and the transformation effect is more remarkable,which provides ideas for the subsequent discovery and solution of such problems.
