摘要
对某车型天窗加强板进行工艺分析,提出新的成形工艺方案,即采用吸盘调整废料下滑,解决废料尺寸过大影响自动化生产的问题,并减少了1道工序的模具开发,降低了整车制造成本,对行业内控制整车制造成本具有借鉴意义。
The process of the skylight reinforced plate was analyzed,a new forming process scheme was proposed,namely,the chuck was used to adjust the waste sliding in order to avoid the problem that the size of the waste was too large to affect the automatic production.It reduced a mould for one process,which reduced the vehicle manufacturing cost.
