控制钛合金连杆锻件翘曲变形的研究

摘要 基于长杆类连杆锻件特征,从设备选择、锻件设计、模具零件润滑、模具结构设计及保温、锻后变形以及热校正等环节分析连杆锻件产生翘曲变形的原因,并通过多方面研究锻件产生翘曲变形的机理,有针对性地制定改进措施。实践证明:影响锻件翘曲变形的因素是综合性的,针对性的改进措施是合理可行的,有效提升了锻件应用的质量稳定性。 According to the characteristics of long rod type connecting rod,the risk points of warp-ing deformation of connecting rod were analyzed from the aspects of equipment selection,forging design,lubrication of die parts,die structure design and heat insulation,and deformation control after forging,and thermal correction.The mechanism of warping deformation of forgings was stud-ied in many aspects,and the targeted improvement measures were formulated.Practice had proved that the factors affecting the warping deformation of forgings were comprehensive and the targeted improvement measures were reasonable and feasible,which could effectively improve the quality stability of forgings.
