“:双师型”教师队伍是职业教育高质量发展的首要资源,通过梳理国家政策文件和“双师型”教师的相关文献,对“双师型”师资队伍的建设现状和建设困境进行了分析和总结,并结合天津轻工职业技术学院“双高计划”模具专业群“双师型”教师队伍建设过程中的路径探索,给出了在国家“双师型”教师标准框架下的“双师型”教师队伍建设对策。

"Double-qualified"teacher team is the primary resources for the high-quality develop-ment of vocational education,the current situation and difficulties of the construction of"double-qualified"teacher team were analyzed and summarized by combing national policy documents and relevant literature on"double-qualified"teachers.Based on the path exploration of the construc-tion of"double qualified"teacher team in the"double high"die&mould specialty group of Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College,some countermeasures for the construction of"dou-ble qualified"teacher team under the framework of the national"double qualified"teachers stan-dard were given.
