摘要
对于跨座式单轨转向架,基础框架起着非常重要的作用。为保证产品焊接质量可靠、稳定,提高整体自动化率,针对基础框架脉冲MAG自动焊工艺可行性及焊接质量进行研究,对试件进行相应力学性能测试,选择典型的DV、T-joint接头形式进行自动焊模拟试件验证。试验证明,采用机器人自动焊接,确定好工艺参数,配合双L臂双枪旋转C型架,利用设备外部轴与工件同步、变位,可完成基础框架复杂结构焊接,获得稳定的焊缝成形、足够的金属熔合深度及焊接接头良好的力学性能。
In terms of the bogie for straddle monorail vehicle,the base frame plays a very important role.In order to achieve reliable and stable welding quality of the base frame products and improve the overall automation rate,the feasibility and welding quality of the base frame with pulse MAG automatic welding process are studied and discussed.Corresponding mechanical performance tests are conducted,and typical DV and T-joint joint forms are selected for the verification of automatic welding simulation specimen.Test results show that when using robot automatic welding,determining process parameters and cooperating with double L-arm and double gun rotating C-frame,complex structural welding of the basic frame can be completed by utilizing the synchronization and displacement of the external axis of the equipment with the workpieces,ensuring stable weld forming,sufficient metal penetration,and good mechanical properties of weld joints.
