“三全育人”理念下思政课教师与辅导员协同育人的路径探索

摘要 思政课教师与辅导员协同育人是贯彻和落实“三全育人”、建构“大思政”格局的题中之义,是增强两支队伍优势互补、凝聚育人合力的现实要求,也是提升育人效果,实现立德树人根本任务的应然选择。然而,长期以来思政课教师与辅导员队伍均处于疏离状态,表现为缺乏协同育人共识、思政力量条块分割、育人资源共享不畅、协同育人功能脱域,因此,亟需从思想协同、制度协同、模式协同、培养协同四维角度出发,探索二者协同育人路径,以切实落实“三全育人”的现实要求。 The collaborative education of ideological and political teachers and counselors is the meaning of implementing the three whole cultivation patterns and constructing the great ideological and political pat-tern,the practical requirement of strengthening the complementary advantages of the two teams and consoli-dating the joint forces of education,and the necessary choice to improve the effect of education and realize the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.However,for a long time,the ideolog-ical and political teachers and counselors have been in a state of alienation,which is reflected in the lack of consensus on collaborative education,the fragmentation of ideological and political forces,the poor sharing of educational resources,and the separation of collaborative education functions.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the path of collaborative education between the two from the perspective of ideological coordina-tion,institutional coordination,model coordination,and training coordination,so as to effectively implement the practical requirements of three whole cultivation patterns.
