In the era of integrated media,traditional media and new media have been integrated into all aspects of college students’study and life,and become an important channel for college students to obtain information.The emergence and rapid development of integrated media has exerted a profound influence on college students’thoughts and behaviors,and brought a huge impact on the ideological and political edu-cation of college students.It is to explore the connotation and characteristics of integrated media with the guiding function of ideological and political education of college students in the context of financial media and the new potential of the guiding function of ideological and political education in the context of inte-grated media.
