中国式高等教育现代化视域下的学科交叉融合使命与制度优化研究

高等教育现代化是支撑、推动和引领中国现代化发展的重要基础和强大引擎。学科交叉融合作为一种新兴的教育发展趋势,已经成为中国式高等教育现代化重要实现路径。然而,受传统教育管理体制及单学科组织体系的影响,我国高校的学科交叉融合面临不少制度性困境。因此,必须从学科交叉融合的制度入手,完善学科交叉融合的制度设计,优化学科交叉融合的制度运行,重塑学科交叉融合的制度文化,为推动实现中国式高等教育现代化提供助力。

The modernization of higher education is an important foundation and powerful engine that supports,promotes,and leads the development of China s modernization.As an emerging trend in educational development,interdisciplinary integration has become an important path for the modernization of Chinese style higher education.However,influenced by the traditional education management system and the single disciplinary organizational system,the interdisciplinary integration of Chinese universities faces many institutional difficulties.Therefore,it is necessary to start with the system of interdisciplinary integration,improve the institutional design of interdisciplinary integration,optimize the institutional operation of interdisciplinary integration,reshape the institutional culture of interdisciplinary integration,and provide assistance for promoting the modernization of Chinese style higher education.
