摘要
为了保证车辆的冷却性能满足开发目标,现在有更多的车企利用环境风洞在实验室内完成相关开发工作,在保证了验证标准一致的同时也缩短了开发时间及成本。但不可否认的是,环境风洞模拟的外气温、湿度、风速、日照等环境参数与车辆实际行驶的环境是有差异的。通过利用车辆偏置来模拟外界环境,对比了车辆偏置与正置时某中巴车侧面散热器的通过风量及冷却性能,明确了环境风洞由于出风口的尺寸限制导致的试验差异,并在之后的车辆开发中,通过数据修正,预测了外界真实使用环境下的评价结果。
In order to ensure that the vehicle cooling performance meets the development target,now more car companies use environmental wind tunnels to complete relevant development work in the laboratory,which not only ensures the consistency of verification standards,but also greatly shortens the development time and cost.However,it is undeniable that the external air temperature,humidity,wind speed,sunshine and other environmental parameters simulated by the environmental wind tunnel are different from the actual driving environment of the vehicle.By using vehicle offset to simulate the external environment,the air flow and cooling performance of a side radiator of a minibus were compared when the vehicle was normal and offset,and the test differences caused by the size limitation of the nozzle of the environmental wind tunnel were clarified.Moreover,the evaluation results under the actual external use environment were predicted through data correction in the subsequent vehicle development.
