当前,党和国家对高校思政课建设愈加重视,思政课建设的标准和要求愈加严格,学生对思政课的需求愈加迫切,转设高校思政课育人效能的发挥面临契机。转设高校大学生在学习、心理状况等方面与其他普通高校大学生存在差异,对思政课的教学导向、理念、内容及方法等方面均产生影响。转设高校提升思政课育人效能,要以科学理论引领思想发展方向,以教学理念革新明确学生主体地位,以充实鲜活的内容供给满足学生期待,以科学多元的教学方法契合学生需求。

At present,the Party and the country pay more and more attention to the construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,and the standards and requirements for the construction of ideological and political courses are becoming stricter.The demand for ideological and political courses by students is becoming more and more urgent,so it is an opportunity to trans-fer to ideological and political courses in colleges and universities to give full play to their educational effectiveness.There are differ-ences between the transferred college students and other ordinary college students in learning and psychological status,which has an impact on the teaching orientation,concept,content and methods of ideological and political courses.To improve the educational effi-ciency of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,we should lead the ideological development direction with scien-tific theory,clarify the students'dominant position with the innovation of teaching ideas,satisfy students'expectations with rich and fresh content supply,and meet students'needs with scientific and diversified teaching methods.
