摘要
以脲醛树脂为囊壁,环氧树脂为囊芯,采用一步原位聚合法制备微胶囊,研究调节剂NH4Cl和间苯二酚的不同含量配比,以及乳化剂种类和乳化转速对微胶囊表观形貌及粒径的影响。结果表明:NH4Cl和间苯二酚的含量均为0.5 g,且乳化剂选择阿拉伯树胶时,可以制备出表面光滑、无粘连、粒径分布均匀等各项性能较理想的微胶囊;同时乳化转速对生成的微胶囊粒径有明显影响,当乳化转速越快时,形成的微胶囊粒径越小。
This paper prepares microcapsules by one-step in-situ polymerization with urea-formaldehyde resin as the capsule wall and epoxy resin as the capsule core,studies the effects of different proportions of ammonium chloride and resorcinol,emulsifier type and emulsifying speed on the apparent morphology and particle size of microcapsules.The results show that when the contents of ammonium chloride and resorcinol is 0.5 g and acacia is selected as emulsifier,ideal microcapsules with smooth surface,no adhesion and uniform particle size distribution could be prepared.At the same time,the emulsifying speed has an obvious effect on the particle size of microcapsules.As the emulsifying speed is faster,the particle size of microcapsules is smaller.
