摘要
混凝土是管桩生产的重要原材料,为改变传统管桩生产方式,实现自动化生产,亟需解决传统管桩生产耗能高、工人需求大和成本高等问题。本文通过研究单掺/复掺矿物掺合料对高强自流平管桩混凝土和易性及力学性能的影响,获得合适的矿物掺合料比例,实现混凝土的高强度和自流平。结果表明:当矿物掺合料掺量为胶凝材料总量的50%,粉煤灰与煤气化渣的比例为3∶2时,混凝土可在自然状态下实现自流平,其6 h蒸养强度为60.3 MPa,经蒸压养护后,混凝土的抗压强度为89.6 MPa。
Concrete is an important raw material for the production of tubular piles.In order to change the traditional way of tubular pile production and realize automated production,there is an urgent need to solve the problems of high energy consumption,high demand for workers and high cost of traditional tubular pile production.This paper investigates the effect of single/multiple mineral admixtures on the compatibility and mechanical properties of high strength self-leveling pipe pile concrete to obtain the appropriate proportion of mineral admixture,and realizes the high strength and self-leveling of concrete.The results show that when the dosage of mineral admixtures is 50%of the total cementitious material and the ratio of fly ash to coal gasification slag is 3∶2,the concrete can achieve self-leveling in the natural state,and its 6 hours autoclave strength is 60.3 MPa.After autoclave curing,the compressive strength of the concrete is 89.6 MPa.
