摘要
混凝土材料一旦出现开裂,其耐久性会迅速下降,严重影响使用寿命。目前,传统的混凝土修复方法已经不能满足现代高速公路高效、快捷的修复要求,一种能自愈合的混凝土—自修复混凝土应运而生,受到学术界和工业界的广泛关注。自修复混凝土是模仿生物的再生和自我修复机理,在混凝土出现裂缝后做出相应的反应并对裂缝进行修补,提高开裂混凝土耐久性能和使用寿命的一种新型复合材料。本文总结了近年来不同类型的混凝土自修复方法和相关研究结果,阐述其作用机理,分析自修复混凝土存在的问题,展望自修复混凝土的研究前景,为日后自修复混凝土的进一步推广应用提供建议。
Once cracking occurs in concrete materials,its durability will decrease rapidly,seriously affecting the service life.At present,the traditional concrete repair methods have not been able to meet the requirements of m odern expressways r epair efficiently a nd q uickly,a k ind of s elf-healing c oncrete c omes i nto b eing,which has been widely concerned by academics and industry.Self-healing concrete is a new type of composite material that imitates the regeneration and self-healing mechanism of living organisms,reacts accordingly to cracks in concrete and repairs the cracks to improve the durability and service life of cracked concrete.This paper summarizes different types of self-healing concrete methods and related research results in recent years,describes its mechanism of action,analyzes the problems of self-healing concrete,looks forward to the research prospects of self-healing concrete,provides suggestions for the further promotion and application of self-healing concrete in the future.
