基于使用者行为的TOD综合体动线研究

Research on the Circulation of TOD Complex based on User Behavior

对TOD综合体中复杂的动线进行设计和组织,可以提高综合体运行效率,提升使用者的空间体验。文章从TOD综合体中动线与功能的关系切入,梳理出动线的类别和关系;通过分析使用者的行为特征,得出单条动线的特点,并举例说明其在空间形式上的反映;依据使用者的行为联系,总结出多条动线间的三种组织方法,为TOD综合体的动线和空间设计提供参考。

The design and organization of complex circulation in TOD complex can improve the operation efficiency of the complex and improve the user space experience.This paper starts with the relationship between the circulation and function in TOD complex,and sorts out the categories and relationships of the circulation;by analyzing the user's behavior characteristics,the characteristics of a single circulation line are obtained,and its reflection in space form is illustrated with examples;according to the user's behavior connection,three organization methods between multiple circulation lines are summarized to provide reference for the circulation and space design of TOD complex.
