城市中心区的整合设计策略与精细化管控方法

Integration Design Strategy and Refined Management Methods in Urban Design for CBD

近年来,紧凑高效是城市开发模式的重点转型方向之一。以城市设计为引领,探索城市中心区的集约开发策略,成为提高土地资源利用效率的重要手段。文章揭示了一体化整合思路下的城市设计策略,并结合实践案例,以基础设施的有效衔接与空间高效利用、公共步道系统的有序组织,及三维空间形态的塑造三方面为例,解读了精细化的城市设计管控方法。

In recent years,compact and efficient is one of the key transformation directions of urban development mode.Guided by urban design,exploring the intensive development strategy of CBD has become an important means to improve the efficiency of land utilization.By analysing cases of urban design practices,this paper reveals the strategy of integration design.The following three examples are used to interpret refined management methods:the effective connection of infrastructure and efficient use of space,the organization of pedestrian ways,and the shaping of three-dimensional physical form.
